Actually, you do. Usually, you don't win anything without luck. "Luck" doesn't mean aliens swooping down to save you right before you concede a goal. Luck can be a goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time—when the ref might have only added three—or advancing through two penalty shootouts, or finishing second in your group and going through on goal difference, or winning three times in stoppage time.
