England always bottles their chances. I never see them as a real contender. Mostly like the Dutch, BTW. Always a big mouth, never a prize. Germany is always a contender, although they're going throigh a phase now. And I truly think currently France and Spain are the best. Argentina are cup fighters (and street fighters). Brazil has been in a bad phase since 2002. And then there's Italy. Who are weird right now.
Portugal has outperformed their place in recent years. And that's commendable.
