If the "important people" were vitalik, sure. But the important people explicitly listed were pmarca and balaji
If that's their idea of who to bring back, they don't know who to bring back. Neither posted much, neither was particularly influential. It felt like name dropping (which already happened a lot by that point) without being plugged in at all to who actually brought activity to the platform.
