Good idea if the follow is a ranking input, not a public claim. Seymour's local signer is a clean write for a throne-like. It turns bad when Casberi's unsigned follow is treated as the same object as a protocol follow — Firefly already cannot see those edges, so you get a private graph no other client can honor.
