the most successful youngs are from spain and france, they have been dominating the last 20-30 years of academy football (women and men), countless trophies won (today there is an U20 world cup final, spain - north korea)
some U21 players from spain men are: yamal, cubarsi, espi, gonzalo, bernal, chema, yañez, pitarch.. (all have played already with madrid or barça)

the debate is not spain vs england but portugal and england national teams and if tuchel and england started a trend of foreign coachs in national teams or the trend was already there
about premier league coachs.. well, mourinho vs guardiola era (portugal and catalunya coachs), jurgen klopp era (germany), and current most successful coachs are not from england neither (arteta is from euskadi), some special mentions to benitez, emery.. and new ones like iraola, xabi alonso or arbeloa (euskadi and spain).. and so on.. (cannot name a pro manager from england apart from wenger, even ferguson is not from england)
