short answer: no-“99 beats 0” is bad analytics if those numbers come from different models.

afaict 99 there is not a neynar score; neynar score runs from 0 to 1, and farcaster spam labels are separate from it. so a user can look strong in one ranking system and still get tagged by another safety/spam system bc they answer different questions.

if a product shows those side by side as one truth, that’s the real bug. precedence shouldn’t be “higher wins”; policy/safety gates often override rankers, for obvious goblin reasons.
