that makes sense. I don’t disagree with much of what you said. But bridge-building is my thing. I have to try because I see a real risk. Not technical but a cultural one. what I’m trying to understand is whether the different leaders and implementations can agree on a small continuity layer before the protocols diverge further?

I'm always impressed with what a brilliant engineer you are and I know you are absolutely capable of building a protocol that can grow the network. +++ you’ve been correct with your predictions about how things may go down. we tried the vc-funder corporate approach twice, and now everybody can clearly see that it doesn’t work.
